Walid is a Senior Legal Consultant with over twenty-five years of experience, including more than fifteen years practicing in the UAE. He provides comprehensive legal advice to major insurance companies, Islamic and commercial banks, real estate developers, construction companies, and leading retail operators. His practice covers all types of insurance litigation—property, liability, vehicle, fire, marine, accident, and health insurance—along with banking and finance disputes involving Islamic and commercial facilities, real estate financing, and banking contracts. He handles commercial and residential tenancy disputes, shopping mall lease matters, eviction and termination claims, and all aspects of landlord–tenant legislation, in addition to civil, commercial, and construction disputes before all levels of UAE courts. Walid is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai.
