Saad has over twenty years of experience in advocacy and litigation. With eight years of professional experience in the UAE, Saad provides legal advice across civil and commercial disputes and has significant experience in preparing legal memoranda, statements of claim, and defence submissions. He handles a wide range of insurance matters, including compensation claims, civil liability, vehicle and accident insurance, and health insurance disputes, in line with current laws and regulatory developments. Saad develops precise defence strategies, manages labour, civil, and commercial cases, and reviews, analyses, challenges and responds to technical and accounting expert reports. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai.
