Mostafa is a trilingual lawyer, with a diverse legal background, beginning his career at the Egyptian Competition Authority where he investigated cartels and abuse of dominance, reviewed mergers & acquisition notifications across several major sectors in the economy. He then joined two leading law firms in Cairo, advising on corporate, competition, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, M&A clearance, and employment matters, which strengthened his commercial and advisory experience across a broad range of legal areas. Currently based in Dubai, he focuses on dispute resolution, including litigation before the offshore courts—the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts—as well as the onshore UAE courts, in addition to handling arbitration proceedings. He advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, aviation, insurance, construction, and real estate, and his practice also extends to commercial and residential rent disputes and broader corporate and commercial matters. He is fluent in Arabic, English & French and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai.
